I dislike one thing about Jetairways which is salary of employees was not paid and gratuity also. If possible please pay there pending salary and gratuity. This amount will help to Jetairways employees in this difficult situation like COVID 19.

Working with Jet airways was one of ny dream job.It provided with an excellent training to its staff so that that can hamdle any situation. Talking about salary so it gives a quite higher salary as compared to other Indian airlines.

Dislikes

The most dislike is the roster changed like every month they rotate the shift timings of its staff.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. and also the company's current situation is like all the most senior positions held staffs are got resigned. The company is going to close. now all the operations are suspended due to the crisis of the company.

No organisation is perfect,i would have really appreciate if they start giving confirmed free tickets to staff even though limited in number but confirmed, and the retirement age should be 58,if the crew member is fit enough ,the crew should atleast fly till 58.
