I am employee for 22 yrs, and I love to work again for same company. . jet airways was best organization in India.

Dislikes

nothing like that not to work, so many years I have worked , because of Jet I was happily enjoyed all my life.

I was a supervisor admin and Stores, and of quality checks of all materials provided on flight's.If it start again I am ready to join. I have not yet resigned.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Well it’s long list, to start with Professionalism, Best airways, nice policies ,good salary,I was given opportunities to learn all allocation, incentives, adjustment in shifts to encounter work life balance,adequate training timely basis etc

Every company has some flaws ,so do my company , appraisal was not as per market standard, no pick up and drop policies for shifts

It was quite amazing journey with lots of learning every single day,dealing with irrate customer for various reason like luggage missing,late reporting, excess baggage ,dealing with high profile guest. Working closely with juniors ,seniors and mentors.
