People were extremely courteous and well trained... Process and appraisal were well defined and transparent. Salary package and benefits were the best in Indian standards.

Dislikes

Company did not take the low cost comeptitors seriously... The time company moulded to the current aviation trends, it was too late to take corrective actions is my view point.

Growth is slow because many loyal senior employees stayed with company and hence I got promoted to cabin supervisors after 04 Years.
