One of the most concerning issues has been the delay in salary disbursement.The work environment does not promote a healthy and supportive atmosphere. The communication between teams and management is often unclear, and there is little recognition for hard work. The job is interesting. In the beginning I struggled a little bit due to no formal training session. But I have learnt everything on my part of job.
