I used to like the culture and work life balance but since Blackstone acquired it's a living hell.

Dislikes

The work politics are just too bad to survive. The management is sick and does not want someone to grow. The average appraisals after 2 years into the company are below 5% and there's no learning or development happening. The perks are just a pizza in 3-4 months and food that they provide is so bad that even the pigs won't like to eat that.

1. The hybrid policy even after covid, for the employees who want to work from home rest of the days. 2. During rainy season, considering the employees safety, wfh is declared. 3. Our managers contribute to the society during needy hours. 4. No micro management at all. 5. Voice of the employees are heard and no matter what position you are working but it’s mandate to understand the company dynamics and growth. 6. The management is bias and so terrible. People are rude,arrogant and struck by pride with no peer to peer respect. Unhealthy competition with inappropriate comments and mental harassment by co workers who are old enough in the system.
