Timely salary is the only advantage along with certain people who believe in helping you out. Not everyone helps. If you are lucky enough to get some senior who teaches u work then probably you can survive

Dislikes

No work life balance at all. They make you slog till 9-9:30 every day. Won't give you your paid leaves also. They call u after working hrs also and expect you to be active round the clock. You won't find peace for sure

What they do is, They trap students who conduct online search on internet about any courses, they obtain students data and will start manipulate through call to take admission, also hide their actual name and falsely claim to calling from legit universities, after constantly urging students to enroll, they trap them with liquiloans and now that student have to pay EMI even if he doesn't get the admission. and these peoples also don't bother about their unhappy services reviews , because they are already funding by liquiloans which also fraud P2P lending platform....Read More

My experience at Jaro Education was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional or supportive work environment. One of the most concerning incidents occurred when a team leader, Alim, made an inappropriate comment about a female colleague, remarking that she had "smokey eyes."This issue was not mine personally but was something I witnessed as it involved a friend of mine. When this issue was escalated to HR, rather than addressing the comment or holding Alim accountable, he arrogantly called my friend and said, “no one can do anything to me, I’m the top performer here.” This response from Alim not only highlighted the lack of professionalism within the company but also demonstrated how little management cares about addressing inappropriate behavior or supporting their employees. The management, in general, was unresponsive and unhelpful. My team leader, would rarely respond to emails or provide the support needed to perform well in the job. Whenever I reached out for guidance or clarity, I was either ignored or placed on a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) instead of receiving constructive feedback or help. What’s worse, there was a clear culture of favoritism within the company. Some employees were given fresh leads and better resources, while newcomers like myself were left with outdated and irrelevant data, making it nearly impossible to succeed. The leads provided were sourced from platforms like Naukri.com and job-seeking sites, which meant I was constantly cold calling people who had no interest in the services we were offering. Despite this, there was immense pressure to hit unrealistic sales targets with no real strategy or support in place. There is also a lack of product knowledge and training. The company expects you to sell expensive courses without providing adequate information on the products you’re selling. Training sessions are minimal, and the focus is always on achieving numbers, rather than equipping employees with the tools they need to succeed. There is no help in closing sales, and the management simply expects you to dial hundreds of numbers a day, without any real guidance or support on how to convert those calls into successful enrollments. The work culture is toxic and extremely stressful. There is constant pressure to work overtime, including on weekends, without any form of acknowledgment or compensation for the extra hours put in. If you fall behind or fail to meet your targets, the company has no problem dismissing you without following the usual notice period procedures. I experienced this firsthand when I was placed on a PIP and ultimately let go without being allowed to serve my notice period. They also violated the terms of my contract by only paying me for 4 days of work, instead of the full amount as per the agreement. Lastly, the company places more value on sales numbers than on the well-being or development of its employees. There’s no clear path for growth, and employees are treated as disposable assets to meet the company’s targets. The atmosphere is one of high pressure, favoritism, and a lack of respect, where only the “top performers” are given the time of day, and everyone else is left to fend for themselves. In conclusion, Jaro Education is a company that prioritizes sales over employee well-being and professional integrity. The management is dismissive and unresponsive, and the work environment is toxic and unwelcoming. If you're looking for a company that values its employees and provides meaningful support for success, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. They pay your higher as per normal standards in India, that too slightly higher but not as per inflation.

The dislikes are too many, very unhelpful management, they hire you and in a month or two they threaten to fire you, it's a cold calling job where there is no direction on it no results, they give you data that is from naukri.com and job seeking sights so you need to call them and ask them if they want to do a course, everyone who wants to support the management will say the data is fine but they themselves know the data is crap, lots of favouritism, some are given leads and fresh leads , access to chats and some are not, the tl i had his name was nitin, he never responds to emails and will just put the employee on pip, he will respond to girls email but if you are a guy then buddy your gone!! Then you have mrinal who is the chief manager trust me he looks like he is unwell, he looks sick, he seems like a zombie who just wants admissions, they don't monitor the calls and they don't want to help with the sale and they don't want to bring down the cost, what a waste of time and useless company and no one even knows what is Jaro education, so it's a very tough sales job and they simply fire you and don't follow the terms and conditions on the contract they change it once you are in the company. They make you sit back after the regular time and go on Sundays, they haras and they will say no we don't but will send you emails and make you feel like crap even if you are working hard they the managers only talk to the people they like and keep them and give them leads ,, if you are a new comer then you are left to feeling alone and lonely with no support, it is a unhealthy place don't go for the money they will literally tell you they can't afford you just two months later, (aukad nahi hai )cause they only need admissions and they don't care if you dial 500 a day but get an admission , they want you to keep dialling and dialling like a donkey!!! The day they fire you they won't give you another chance , they didn't let me serve notice only paying me for 15 days just asking me to leave, pip then get out, in usual companies it is pip, pdp and then notice and Tata bye bye, this is a desperate company that has no values and will make you lose your own values....Read More

The company doesn't give you respect at all, the managers are not helpful at all .TL doesn't have an answer to your questions. No fresh leads given its simply a waste of time working with this company. They don't treat their employees equally. When you can't perform which is not the employees fault at all they simply throw you out without giving proper notice they think they can do anything because they are at higher post. The prices for their products are high they don't even reduce the rate or offer any kind of discount even if the customers are interested in buying. No product knowledge given during training. They make you overtime without any additional pay , toxic work environment and the coworkers are disrespectful and puts you down if you're not bringing any sales with degrading remarks. They lure you with their salary structure but treat their employees very poorly. A very selfish and unethical organisation.
