Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the lateral sales recruitment across Jaro Education. You will manage a team of 5-10 recruiters and ensure monthly onboarding targets are met.

Job Description:

1) Build a high performing recruitment team. Achieve and exceed the recruitment targets

2) Hire, train, motivate and review daily working of the recruiters

3) Work closely with the hiring managers for their manpower requirements

4) Ensure daily line up and turn up targets are maintained

5) Screen the sourced candidates and ensure quality candidates are presented to the hiring managers

6) Ensure sourcing to offer and offer to joining ratio is maintained

7) Ensure to build an active pipeline of candidates for future hiring

8) Maintain and publish various MIS reports
