Seniors and manager was very helpful when I joined the company. They was always there to put efforts on freshers. No matter if that person knows nothing about the job. They are very focused to groom a person.

Dislikes

In jaro there is no work life balance. They stretch it till 8pm 9pm sometimes 10pm as well. Which is very unnecessary. They call it as punishment. Very few employees leave at 7pm. Rest people sit for 10 - 11hrs each day. And my team leader made them sit like that. They make fun if someone is sick. They think everyone is faking. Onlythe managers can take sick leaves else BDEs are meant to be fit all the time. I think they have lost their humanity somewhere....Read More

Good place for fresher as u will learn sales and learn how to handle pressure

If u r serving notice period your two month of salary will be on hold and there fnf takes lots of time. Imagine surviving without salary for more than 2 months nd fnf at 60 days is crazy

People at Jaro are friendly and help you teach the nuances of industries. The HR team is filled with good looking bimbs. The content team is full of aspirational learned individuals and the CEO is very pretty.

Dislikes

Work life balance goes for a toss when working in Jaro. But compensation and value for work gives an edge to Jaro and makes an intern think that the time is worth spending.

There are no positives, these people run their business only for money and for them employees are not humans but donkeys..

Let me decide where to start from.. About job security: if there was an option I would have rated them negative, Kind of work: to make fool out of people and get money from them for their so called PGDM degrees. And they don't care who it is poor, ILLETRATE etc Career growth: same as above you'll get a lot of experience in makingpeople fool. Politics: yes!!! There is something weird withing their work culture and that's about seniors and juniors.. I mean what is that??? WORK LIFE BALANCE: LOL!!!! this is the most funny and important one..
