I like to work for it but in covid condition they are not supporting at all they raised hands and even the salary of march is given in parts of 25percent after that they were not giving salary.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
