Honestly, there isn't anything to like.

Dislikes

It's a really bad company to work in. Although the working hours are 10 to 7, you're expected to stay in offfice till 9.30 -10 Pm. It's 6 days a week...and even still, they'll ask you to take client meetings on Sundays. On top of that, the work culture is no good either. Unless you're too inclined towards sales, this isn't for you

The best thing working at Jaro is your colleagues. It doesn't matter if you are senior or junior everyone is equally friendly with you and also motivates you a lot. If you are looking for sales profile that gives high incentive then this is the job for you.

Dislikes

The floor is like a pressure cooker. If you don't perform you will be out of the company. There is no job security. Even a tenured employee can get sacked in a day.

There is a lot of internal politics, branch managers and team leaders have their girlfriends as business development executive they give them all the leads even if the other BDEs and they churn the data of other BDEs and give admissions to their girlfriends and apart from it you are selling a product which holds no value to the person you are selling, as a Jaro employee you would wasting the person’s 2 years of time and money. You would be following unethical sales practices. At the time if Recuritment they offer you a package of 6 lakhs and it turns out to be 30k in hand. All the collaborations of jaro with other colleges have been come to an end. They have only one product that is distance pgdm from welingkar, which is not even UGC approved. And they have their own college in the name of Ifeel which is again worthless and giving old digital marketing classes which are recorded abiut 5-6 years back with no updatation. I would recommend the person to join a BPO instead of jaro....Read More

There is no work life balance, hell lot of pressure .

Dislikes

The managers keep pushing you on an hourly basis. You are supposed to call random people with such an unfiltered data and propose them to do distance MBA, people lie, fraud and so things just to get their target completed. Also ,the foreign courses and not at all worth the money and time.
