Since its a sales organisation ..month end target completion gives you stress. But again it depends upon the individual handling. If u are good at handling things ..to become tough and matured ..a person should go through all these experiences! It was really helpful in my case.

jaro is my first job. i worked in banglore branch for 2 month, for fresher it will be worst experience. as a fresher they only trained me for a week then they give our work in a week we don't learn anything there ( 10 members). then they even pressure our to finish the target 2 ( in the 3rd week). our branch manager made our team even work in sunday. without any rest we worked even day and night. most of the experience employees are resigned in the end of the month. we fresher also resigned. there is no job security, work culture, work satisfaction........Read More

There will be tremendous pressure for targets no work life balance ..sundY also if you have meetings you have to work out.. disgusting leave policy they don't even care abt employees they treat like animals ..only best part is salary and incentives structure..
