Found a few people in here (Thane Branch) who became family. THAT is the only good thing which happened in Jaro.

Dislikes

There is absolutely nothing worth liking about Jaro Education (Thane Branch to be precise). You sign up for Jaro and then they ruin your mental peace. They'd torture your mind to the extent that you will lose your mental stability. They will give you a bait of "incentives" but according to seniors, incentives aren't credited easilyand they may take upto 6 months for crediting your incentives. Mr. Vignesh, curremtly from Thane Branch, may be your senior. And that man happens to be your senior then trust me you will understand WHAT - working under a peon - feels like. He is THE BIGGEST A$$ licker of the branch manager, another weird character Mrs. Kavita. Together these both will make your life HELL. Kavita will ask you to send an apology mail FOR EVERY PETTY THING ranging from reaching office late (be it by a few seconds) or using mobile phone or even talking with any fellow colleague. Even if there is a terrorist attack in Mumbai or Mumbai s submerged in water, Kavita will still ask you to send an apology mail and deduct your half day salary (if you happen to reach late). And even if you reach on time, there's a rat race for - who will stay TILL LATE in office. So, ideal log out time of 7 pm ISN'T CONSIDERED by the management. They will (quiet literally) force you to enxtend the working hours by an hour or two (and here is NO OVERTIME SALARY). VP is Mr. Manish, one of the H0RNIEST persons you'd ever come across. For that man, "discussing" female co-worker's brassier sizes IN FRONT OF EVERYONE isn't a big deal. These people in Jaro Education have gotten their EGOs bigger than their bellies and they assume that they have ENSLAVED you. If you do not have any job in hand, STAY JOBLESS FOR A WHILE, but do not join Jaro Education. Thanks. There is no growth no stability. Just hire and fire. I would definitely not recommend any of my friends to join jaro ever. Moreover,this company is not only just hiring and firing but also spoiling the career of many. They just want their work to be done. There is no fix out time. Overloaded with work. Incentives criteria pathetic.

Dislikes

Pathetic company. Salary deduction is too much. No employee satisfaction and security. Just hire and fire company. Bad and worse decision of my life that i took a chance to become jaro employee. Most of them most of them just leav in 3 4 months. Targets r unrealistic. Package is good but deduction is equally worst. Highly dissatisfied.

Work Details

It was challenging. But company fail to understand my passion and dedication. They just ask person to resign if he fails to achieve target even a month. Very bad.
