Top management is pathetic. There are no values in the organization. Management is least bothered about genuine employees and doesn't respect their feedback. Intact, they get targeted if you speak on management issues. All they like are bucket holders. Stop displaying the values slides at stsrt of each presentation, it's a farce. The Only pro is work life balance other wise a below average place.

Dislikes

Most of the managers in India are both Inefficient and Insecure. with the only aim of impressing the senior management in UK. The Indian office is a cost center with most of the important roles and teams restricted to UK and US. The C-suite is a big joke without a clear vision or strategy. Highly not recommended for fresher or people in early stages of their career.

Poor growth. Increasingly top-heavy. Uneven promotions and hikes across individuals and teams. Some teams are poorly compensated and promoted while other average teams are considered the apple of the eye.

The people at Janes are mostly genuine, helpful, and considerate to each other. Their HR policies are employee-centric, and they are honest and straightforward in their financial dealings such as salary and other benefits. The senior managers are friendly, approachable, and accessible. They treat employees with courtesy and respect. The pay is also quite good.

Dislikes

Janes as a whole was good to me. The company showed faith in me and treated me well. I have happy memories of my tenure there, and I formed many friendships. So I would rather stress the positives than the negatives.
