Overall experience is good. But one toxic person can ruin the entire experience. Ms. Swati Priyadarshini was one such person. I had a very terrible experience at EBS because of her. What does she do? 1. Threatens to sack you when you commit a silly mistake also. ( We were a batch of freshers still she considered it good to threatenus like that) 2. She is a very rude woman. 3. Even without giving prior information, she expects us to know everything. It was very frustrating to work under her. 4. Some good people in the organisation like Ms.Shipra Thakur and Mr Luvnish Narula ( now left ) made it a memorable experience at EBS. They as Team leaders allowed flexibility at work hours and targets.

Frankly, one of the worst companies influenced by China in a huge way. There is no room for dissent and no improvement undertaken by the company. Effort made goes unappreciated and the management is unwilling to improve.
