They didn't bother about employees, they didn't pay salaries from January this year. Even there is no proper information from the management when the institute will be opened and our salaries would get credit. To say clearly they are not sure who's running the business.

Dislikes

We are not getting the salaries from January this year. Management is not responding on salaries and giving clear information when the office would be opened. From January they are telling we are trying our best to pay the salaries that are not happening.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
