Couple of Unpleasant policies implemented recently about the variable pay.Which are not friendly at all The Company does not have any big client with them they are still playing with the small fishes need to work on that part Could see a disparity in annual compensations.One business li ne resources gets something larger than what one could not get even after a company switch and Other Business Line resources taking equal pain gets trifle of it.NOT SURE what formula is at play here ?...Read More
