The management is worst the core team is pathetic and has people with no experience on pannel both the directors are irrelevant and lot of politics in the heads of departments People give self proclaimed designation to self no HR policy salary is very below the belt so are the people. A very unorganised and instable firm even if yougive years and years of loyalty to the company they still dump you like trash. And company preserve trash like Mansi the head of merchandising and she is degrading the company totally she is worst human failed leader and untrusted and unfaithful to her own company This company can give you zero growth....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
