Culture isn’t so good as some managers didn’t want to work they just want that all the work should be done by us. Politics is really high between old colleagues. they just gives a penny in the name of increments even if company is growing well. Less growth and opportunities. No fixed time of return from work.

JB chemicals is an excellent company and i loved to work with my supporting teamamates and deals with a great products like Rantac training schedule is also good but career growth is totally depends on managers..

Politics of some peoples who sacrifies our hard work to secure their job and career growth is totally depends on managers who appreciated our work but do not give us confirmation without any reason and even after 15 month i worked as a trainee.

Work is slightly tough as i have to focus on all product marketing some times the timing of important doctors will be same so its quite difficult to manage, at the same time the knowledge of product to the doctors it makes my work easy
