Totally it is not a good company please don't join this company why because recently I had been joined to this company and i left why i left this company is please please graphic designer who all are planning to join this company please don't join ...... instead of this please go try some other reputed company 1. interview process is very big process in this company they take interview as if they are taking us for some big MNS COMPANY shit after joining nothing is there 2. This company is completely shit 3. they say that during the interview process that we have to sign the bond for one year and if we leave in between we have to pay the compensation amount of 1 lakh .....this is also one big fraud they are playing in employes life 3.after joining pakka it will be like jail only they don't give any support in training 4. Trainers are not good they don't have any seperate training people in this company 5. Douts will not be solved 6. Management is not good 7.only the thing is they give us free food that's all 8.complete management is not good 9.HR department is not good 10. CRM Development team is very very good in all. Specifically co ordination among team mates.
