WLB is terrible. Working late is normalized by managers. Managers are frowned if employees logout after 9 hours work. There's no distinction between personal life and professional life. Manager will call you anytime on any day and you're expected to work. Bonus plan was changed and all were paid only 48% of what should be paid. Looks like its going to be the way going forward. So get ready to give up at least 50% of your variable pay (HR says its paid 100% when joining). Appraisal hardly matches inflation rate. Pay is not as per market standards. Lots of politics during appraisal period. There's no logic behind promotions. Nice office environment. I am very fortunate to work here with all facilities. Carroms and Foosball boards are there to chill off. Evening free snacks(biscuits, drinks and buns), free cab facility, after 8pm free food. What else we require other than this
