Likes

I have worked with Ivan for a year. The team I had worked with was good and cooperative. Hr team was good as well. There are recreational activities held time to time in the office which is a plus. On time salary. Never faced a delay.

Dislikes

The management is not good. They only give importance to the sales team n doesn't bother about the core delivery team. Talking about working hours..long working hours. 9hrs is just a myth. Working on weekends and holidays was never compensated. No on job training. Growth is zero. No cab facilities provided for late night. No other facilities available.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
