Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. A lot of unwanted mess in this company. People are very rude and unprofessional especially starting from the head level. Projects are like pennies without any real exposure. The first 4 to 5 persons at the head level are pure arrogant and no support from them. Only shouting. I am worried about my interview which i am going to face after the bond completion here.
