Worst self centered untrusted leadership. There is absolute no vision, purpose or alignment from COO/CEO to the freshers work. Leadership is only aiming for self improvement at the cost of company assets like the people who work for the organization. The leadership is driving the organization to a downfall. People are for use and throw. Never join this org even they lure you with initial good salary. Basic pay is poor. They don't have sustainable projects. Nice balance between getting work done and keeping things casual. No need to be super formal all the time, but people still take their work seriously. Makes coming to office much more enjoyable.

Some flexibility about work from home. Some groups are good where colleagues are helpful.

Poor HR system, no one responses for your queries. Typical non organised way to respond. Utterly pathetic management. No increment than less increment. Ranges from 0.5%-3%. I am working for a project since 9 months where customer has been demanding from Day1. ITC leadership made false and unrealistic commitments about delivery and we suffered.

1. CEO Singh is only one who has a vision of orbit+ or AI and is trying hard to get team to execute. however, the down line is recently changed over last year - it's mostly a mess. Culture eats Strategy for breakfast and ITC infotech is classic example of it.

They will commit you will get hike in coming appraisal even they agreed on mail, but at time of appraisal they denied given what we contract. They makes employees fool. Same thing happened to me . Not believe in words or even mail . If you want get it done within a month otherwise you are in trouble.

I don't like working at ITC Infotech. Salary is so low even after working and giving your best, and also getting awards and appreciations, they won't increase your salary and keep it only till 5 LPA for freshers even if you stay here for 4-5 years.

3% increment for average performers, Appraisal cycle is March to April but increment is effective from november. That means no arrears from April to October. HR won't tell you this!! Worst company to work for if you are looking for increment of ablut 8%-15%. Very few will get 8%. In my department IS 4,5,6 level all took promotions in the name of "managing teams" while no IS-A,1,2 employees got any promotions.
