Dislikes

Poor HR system, no one responses for your queries. Typical non organised way to respond. Utterly pathetic management. No increment than less increment. Ranges from 0.5%-3%. I am working for a project since 9 months where customer has been demanding from Day1. ITC leadership made false and unrealistic commitments about delivery and we suffered.

Nice location inside Bangalore, but traffic now is a problem. Migration projects are good. Team is dedicated and professional. ITC limited brand benefits is ITC hotel 25% off.

Dislikes

Hike is negligible. Salary gets delayed by 6 months and no arrears are paid for those. There is no clear communication from HR on the performance rating or from immediate manager and once salary hike is credited we must assume rating. No power of HR and Managers are treated like third class citizen.

Worst self centered untrusted leadership. There is absolute no vision, purpose or alignment from COO/CEO to the freshers work. Leadership is only aiming for self improvement at the cost of company assets like the people who work for the organization. The leadership is driving the organization to a downfall. People are for use and throw. Never join this org even they lure you with initial good salary. Basic pay is poor. They don't have sustainable projects. The job role was good and I learned a lot from my team and Seniors.

Dislikes

The management from Managers and HR partners is worse. They don't even have time for the employees when we need their help. Their management and empathy are very poor, it is very unprofessional. I was not informed in advance whenever they had requirements. I always had to rush on any task.

It all depends upon the team you get to work with and culture within also the clients to whom you work with.

No proper communication on Appraisal and even though the company is making good profits employees are not getting enough hikes. This is applicable widely across all the departments in ITC Infotech.

Has its ups and downs like anywhere, but the positives outweigh the negatives.

It depends on the project and manager, If you are working in US shift ITC will not pay double pay for those days you worked on Indian holidays. Even you will not be able plan your comboff, Reason there is a business requirement You will not be able to take even planned leave, If you ask for leave one month before also they will giveweek off for that day, 34 leave balance is still pending. This will happen if you working with pathetic manager or incapable as manager. Initially they hired for different project and they deployed in different project not only for me this happened more then 4-5 People's with my co workers.
