Good work environmentand culture, senior teammates are very much supportive .This is the best place for skill development for trainess as i think Career growth and work satisfaction is higher than other hotels when i heard a overall training experience from my fellow batchmates

The Training time period is quite intresting for me !I struggled a lil bit in the beginning as there a whole scenerio is new for me to adapt a new thing also after some time it is easier for me to work in any department
