Only job security is there

Overall work culture and ethics are very poor. No one including leadership wants to take any responsibility of anything. Lots and lots of paperwork. No increment at all, hardly 500 rs per month.

Nothing to say.some people those are on payroll on Itc they are getting good.those who are not on payroll still surviving like others labourers
