Very bad management. Very terrible work environment. Full of dirty politics. Full discrimination among old and newly recruited staff. People of this company are jealous of others salary. No Job security is there, 24 hours notice period.

Dislikes

No salary hike, No job security, threating statements from management all time, dirty politics, discrimination, payment is made for one unit but working is done by staff for 3 units.

Very horrible life, always late night working, no salary hike, always threats from management, no job security, overall experience is the worst ever I have worked in corporate.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
