Working at ITC hotels is a good option, but it depends on which department you chose as my personal experience i can say never ever join in banquet at ITC there is no work life balance and compleate zero amount of work culture. Or if you chose some other departments like In room dining, or in a outlet that would be a best choice.

I mostly dislike about ITC is working in a banquet. If you ever chose to work in banquet in ITC mark my words you will regret it after few months..

When I joined there used to be many things which I liked but now its all gone.

> Carrier growth is Zero, Appreciation is Zero, never received a single appreciation letter in my working tenure with ITC Maurya. > There is a huge gap between the GM, RM, and front-line staff. Management follows their hierarchy very strictly, the GM hardly speaks to any front-line staff. > The outlet managers are never there at their respective outlets If any complaint happens only the front line staff gets to face it and by the time managers come the guest is gone, and nobody gets to know what actually happened with the guest except that staff who was facing. > No one knows a single SOP, not even the managers, forget about following them. > The cliental has gone from The HOSs, MDs, CEOs, and celebrities to The Karolbag and Pahadgunj types......Read More
