There are many things that i don't like about this company and few of these are mention below 1. No cab facility for the employee 2.No polices are follow in this company 3.Any employee can terminated any time without providing any valid reason 4. Management is too pathetic and they take really irrational decisions

Everything I dislike at IT Convergence, higher management being the first.

It's a boring company. Management doesn't care about your hard work. They don't provide any of the facilities above.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
