Yes, in terms of some policies like starting Hybrid work options, laptop assignment to each employee, pantry area should be expanded. Documentation can be done through online mode at the time of joining.

That we have a lot to learn here, and the management is also very good. We get a lot of time to study here even though my manager is very supportive, Mr Adil.

Some basic things * Cab Facility , They are asking us to cover a distance of 1.5 KM everyday at the time of pick up even though we are paying for the service which is pathetic, its getting deducted from our salary.
