Being able to work remotely is valuable, but also being able to advance based on finding the right role for my unique skill set. This in turn has allowed me to do my best work, and set my own ceiling.

There are, but one thing I've noticed is that I can take those ideas direct to the appropriate people and have them addressed.

Management is supportive. Job feels secure. The company emphasizes your personal growth. I received training on several technologies, and we have dedicated time for training when we join. That's a positive aspect.

Dislikes

Rigidness regarding working from home can be negotiated. A hybrid model can be implemented to help the company reduce costs and achieve work-life balance. Asset allocation can be improved. Most companies provide laptops, but we lack basic IT devices in stock.
