The job is quite interesting i struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Good company but less salary less perks even if told to the authorities there is no understanding. I joined here in 2017 as a supervisor and till date no offers have been given to me. I am still in the same position. I will contribute all the time but no good salary and no good increment.
