They have care for their employees. - You don't have to wander here and there for your issues and to seek any information. - Multiple knowledge sharing sessions are being organized to provide information on salary structure, pension, pf, mediclaim, leave policies etc. and separate sessions for employee queries and issues monthly. -Apart from it, employee has friendly/helping HRBPs and department wise SPOCs for any issues or queries. - Ask feedback from employees on various company policies....Read More

I like the learning environment they provide, as well as the work life balance. The management is very supportive and the work satisfaction is all great. I have been working here for more than 5+ years and the experience has been great.

Good WLB, but depends on customer and team.

Dislikes

When people are hired, please don't place them on bench for more than 2 months, this brings down their morale. I have seen a case where one person is asked to resign as he was on bench for more than 6 months, but he was not given any client interview. He has a family to support, I hope this practice is stopped by their WFM team.
