They have care for their employees. - You don't have to wander here and there for your issues and to seek any information. - Multiple knowledge sharing sessions are being organized to provide information on salary structure, pension, pf, mediclaim, leave policies etc. and separate sess ions for employee queries and issues monthly. - Apart from it, employee has friendly/helping HRBPs and department wise SPOCs for any issues or queries. - Ask feedback from employees on various company policies....Read More
