It’s amazing as of yet! I’m enjoying the place and the people!

People are just too silent, or may be we go office for just few hours so people try to finish everything before reaching home.

Iris was a good organisation 2 years ago, now these people are more about clients and policies. Things are changing as per one person.

Dislikes

Management decisions and leadership is clueless about employees future. These guys think we will giveaway money and people will stay here for lifetime without any career progression and projects. They don’t even have good projects to offer… people sitting as decision maker don’t even understand the industry they are working for.
