I have worked in the Pfizer team for the last 3 years. It's the best team to work with.

Work culture: ————— If you are working in the Pfizer and Sanofi teams they are in the best teams. Both, are the best teams in pharma/life science. TLs of both teams will not ask to extend or work on the weekend but other TLs ask their recruiters to extend or work on the weekend. Teams: —— The best teams on the floor are Pfizer andSanofi. If you can do flattery with your TL, manager, and management then they will always choose you for good appraisal, opportunity, recognition, awards, and good jobs to work. Dislikes

It's not a good company to work with. They will harass you, make your love hell, and have a lot of politics happening within the organization. Nothing is good there. They will ask you to extend your shift every day for nothing. Integrated Resources Inc. is the worst company ever worked with.

Their training program for freshers.

Dislikes

They have a clear policy hire n fire, specially for managers. Don’t know what they see and decide within 2/3 months. No work life balance, you will have to extend 1hour whether there is work or not. Some of their managers are very pushy, they just put pressure on you whenever they see pressure coming from top management even if you are working great.
