This company is very micro managing and even they don't have KRA/KPIs for thier employees. They do everything manually after 25 years also and for anything there is President's approval is required. There is no authority given to Manager/AVP/Director. This company is not having Employee Friendly policies. That's is why people don'tstay long with it. Good company with having good infrastructure. Company environment is good, Employees are helping and cooperative. Having one of the top clients of US. There are many things to learn here. Salary on time. Incentives structures are good. Manager is very cooperative. Overall, its a good company to start your career.

Salary is good, but growth is slow. Work pressure is very high. Will affect your daily routine due to shift timings. HR Manager becomes rude sometime which is not accepted in any professional culture.
