This company is very micro managing and even they don't have KRA/KPIs for thier employees. They do everything manually after 25 years also and for anything there is President's approval is required. There is no authority given to Manager/AVP/Director. This company is not having Employee Friendly policies. That's is why people don'tstay long with it. If they don't need any employee then they start doing politics. Their thoughts are really different, if anyone wants then try at own risk.
