There is nothing to dislike I am part of this company since 2022 and I really appreciate the work culture and cordinate system in IQVIA.

I feel the only benefit is WFH and assigned no of leaves(depends on manager).Salary gets credited on time 👍🏻. Note:It all depends on your project.

Lots of demerits (depends on the project you are on) 1) Work pressure 2) No appreciation instead allocated more work. 3) The more you perform well the more work is being allocated 4) Sometimes getting a leave is difficult (depends on the manager - friends opinion) 5)Will have to work on weekends if productivity is low. 6) Helping mentality is less.Instead questioning you about issue is more. 7) Lesser no of people to ask for help.Waiting for their response is like looking into sky and counting stars 8) less no of people to work in a project= more Work load and burden on you.And on top of that if someone goes on leave needless to say... 9) no hope for project change...Read More
