Moving to a startup!
I currently work with IQVIA as a project lead (11 YOE) in clinical trials, drug safety and Pharmacovigilance.
I have been trying to move into Healthcare consulting lately due to my interest. I have an offer letter for a similar role. It is 3Lakh rise on my current salary.
I'm not excited about the pay but the change of job role that it offers. Can you guys please help me on it?
