There is no such thing known as work culture, no one know how to treat employees. Take it just for granted that employees are slave. No fix structure for salary and no casual leaves and even 1 leave for Diwali, what can you expect from this type of company. On, the name of education just running a business which is exploiting employees life too. 7 days are proper working. Even they will eat your Sunday too. The place has a really bad culture and they dont even give salaries on time. Sometimes even getting a salary is a tough task. The company is not stable and HR are just pawns of higher management. Most of the people are freshers with no professional experience
