I got an opportunity to work with Iqor and successfully I passed my 6 years in the organisation. I never felt job insecurity untill COVID came. The best part of the company is the management staff is amazing. Work culture is also great. This is a really good place to work with.

There is no as such reason but fun activities could be increased to energise the people at work

No work life balance, job security and opportunities for permanent roles. They pull you for SMEs, TLs, Trainers, and QAs and once the seasonal business grows, they send you back to the associate role. They never work on upskilling individuals but uses them and send them back to so the associate role ie taking chats. Sheer politics and favouritism is there within the management for which no one takes action and we have no option to left with other than leaving the job....Read More
