Extremely unethical and unprofessional middle management. Especially those Project managers considering themselves as god from head office in project office. No value for employees for their experience and age. No clarity on how to run the projects. No accountability on the salary of contractual employees.

Less job security, very poor support infrastructure, poor coordination with administration and outstation office, poor processing speed related to claims, dues and salary, sudden and immediate work pressure, etc. Uncertain limitations and rules related to outstation travel for work after making site visits.
