The policy is made only for making the policy . The field offices inform head office about any case they are asked to isolate that person and that is only thing which is done. No other support like payment for being isolated.

Ineficient senior management. Disrespects women. On Women's Day directors of the organization said "Women cry all the time, they are not comfortable discussing with women. Women who don't work are comfort seekers so on and so forth." Doesn't give time for transition to the new employee.
