They are client centric, less work life balance. Mostly female managers in Indium are toxic. Its always good to have male managers they are understanding, and assign the work accordingly

It's a worst company. If u have a choice to switch the company, do that first. They won't recognise how much you are working. They won't appreciate. For employees, they won't give appraisal properly. They provide hike btw 1k -2k. Sometimes they won't provide that also. If you are in a appraisal month, they will layoff you. If you are joining as an trainee, they won't make you permanent employees. They will make you permanent employee after 6 - 10 months. Once you are converted into permanent employee. The day you got permanent they'll provide experience certificate.Please be aware of this company. The people who are having higher positions won't approve your appraisal properly. They'll keep you in bench. You won't get any work experience here. Go for another company. Don't waste your time here....Read More

Language issue. In chennai office everyone speaks tamil in standup and meeting. So if you not good in Tamil understanding the task will be hard.
