-No any work culture -QA person only available to stop the production not thinking about another way. - Hr department can not take strict action against non compliance and only support operator union no t thinking about other staff. - No transportation and mediclaim available for production staff as well as third class cantin facility.

IPCA group is very good. Good opportunity of fresher worker. Travelling facilities very good. All shift all bus is sanitize with sanitizer. Social distance is very good in company premises. Extra special bus arrange in lockdown period. Extra allowances are given in the lockdown period. very good support in covid-19 lockdown period.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow. Work pressure is high.sometimes,I have to work 12 hours. No training any new batches, new equipment, New process and give the charge.some time ,not meet the safety equipment eg.safety gloves, safety mask, safety goggles, safety shoes, face shield.no support of HR in any problem in attendance.medical policy is not available.

Work Details

Ipqa laboratory is very good company. Workload is high but very interesting. Free transportation, no delay salary. Over time given 1 hours to all extra hours working.

The job is quite interesting! Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.l learnt everything on the job.i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team
