There is nothing to like about IPCA kandla unit. I was having the extremely worst experience which I ever had in my 6 years experience. Seniors use dirty words for juniors.
Dislikes
There is no time schedule. Minimum 14 hrs we have to work including sunday. Some time 24 hrs to 36 hrs continuous we have to work ,even though the manager can call you anytime after completing 24 hrs duty otherwise your job security may compromise. I know this is difficult to believe but it is very common at IPCA kandla. Social life and health totally spoils.
