It's a wonderful place to start your career, from a financial perspective. The people are friendly, the leads and seniors are decent and well-behaved and non-egotistical. There is no such thing as work pressure. And you get to enjoy over 50 days of leave in a year, so that has to amount to something! And, more importantly, the hikes are great and fairly evaluated (or at least it used to be).

Dislikes

There is very little room to grow career-wise. The technology stack that is being used is quite old and rarely, if at all, newer technology is experimented with.
