Only thing good about IP Access is they pay better than service based comapanis.

Worst place to work at. Lots of office politics and no benefits other than your pay. Managers expect you to work round the clock and achieve impossible targets. There is no job security. Every other year management fires people to adjust their yearly expenditures. God knows why they sti ll hire new people.(And mind you firing isn't based on your performance, hard to believe but true. Just to lower the head count they fire randomly)....Read More
