Great team effort u can observe, u will receive support from all teams at all times.. Job security is average as in coperate companies, salary and appraisal u can't expect much .. Work environment is good.. If u Want to develop u can.. Only thing is that u have to work alone.

Work pressure is more, single person to handle much things.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
